The damage is done. You can shot blast to remove ( contact a concrete supply store) or purchase a colored epoxy and repaint. I am a painting contractor, that is what i recommend. Good luck

Epoxy Clear Coating on Garage Floor?
We put the Epoxy Clear Coating on our garage floor over the Quikrete and it seems that it was too humid at the time. The white dried on our floor and it looks absolutely disgusting. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
